ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using this website or engaging Bass Consulting Solutions Inc. for consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

SERVICES

Bass Consulting Solutions Inc. provides administrative management consulting, general management consulting, strategic advisory services, operational support, implementation consulting, and related professional business consulting services.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services.

PRICING

Pricing is determined based on the scope, complexity, duration, and requirements of each project. Certain services may be offered at fixed rates while others are quoted individually.

PAYMENT TERMS

Invoices are payable upon receipt unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. For larger projects, milestone payments or deposits may be required before work begins.

LATE PAYMENTS

Payments not received by the due date may incur a late fee or interest as permitted by applicable law. Bass Consulting Solutions Inc. reserves the right to suspend services until outstanding balances are paid.

REFUNDS

Completed consulting services, consultations, assessments, and advisory sessions are non-refundable. Deposits may be refundable only if work has not commenced. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within five to ten business days.

CANCELLATIONS

Scheduled consultations may be canceled with at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice. Late cancellations may be subject to fees or forfeiture of prepaid amounts.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, requested documentation, and reasonable cooperation necessary for successful service delivery.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All reports, methodologies, materials, content, documents, graphics, branding, and intellectual property created by Bass Consulting Solutions Inc. remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

NO GUARANTEE

Consulting recommendations are based on professional judgment. We do not guarantee specific financial, operational, or business outcomes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bass Consulting Solutions Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
